Sunday Service, Rev. Sarah Persons

Sunday Service at 11 AM with guest Rev. Sarah Persons and her sermon titled "Lessons from Pearlington."

Rev. Sarah Person is a retired Unitarian Universalist minister from Middleborough, MA, and a married mother of two.  She serves as a member of the Ballou Channing Chapter Leadership Council of the UUMA, a Good Officer, and a mentor as well.

During the past decade, Rev. Person also served congregations in the New England Region of the UUA as one of a group of Peer Facilitators.  It was the September 11, 2001, attack that propelled Rev. Person into ministry.  She has never looked back and continues to find this calling to be as deeply joyous as it is challenging, complex, and transformative.
