About The Event

UUNB and dNB, Inc are collaborating on a Halloween Costume Drive from September 14 - October 5. 

New or gently used costumes from toddler to tween can be dropped off at the following locations:

  • First Unitarian Church, 71 8th St., during regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 1 PM, please ring the office bell.
  • First Unitarian Thrift Shop, 71 8th St., Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM
  • Calico, 173 Union St.
  • Play Arcade, 34 Union St.
  • Hewn, 760 Purchase St.
  • BesTeas, 498 Pleasant St.
  • No Problemo, 813 Purchase St.

 The distibution of the costumes to the community will take place during October's AHA! New Bedford, on October 11. If there are costumes left after AHA! night they will be distributed the following day from 5 PM until we run out. Take what you need, pay what you can. All funds raised will go towards candy for the dNB sponsored Fall Fest on October 19.
