Affiliated groups at First Unitarian
The following groups are affiliated with First Unitarian in some way. Each group maintains a separate financial existence, with their own leadership structures. Each group includes both church members and non-members.
Greater New Bedford Circle of the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS)

The Funeral Consumer's Alliance of Southeastern Massachusetts
Advice and information about funerals. Local affiliate of a funeral industry watchdog group (link to national group). This local chapter was founded at First Unitarian in the 1970's. Contact: Louise Sawyer (you can leave a meassage for Louise at the church office).
Women's Alliance
The New Bedford Branch of the Alliance meets monthly October through May for business, lunch, and a program. All liberal religious women are invited to attend. Contact: Pam Sherman (you can leave a meassage for Pam at the church office).
